TLDR not gonna lie , can you give me the elevator pitch?
Just skimmed it is another layer 2 solution for bitcoin off chain payments. Doesn’t require channels to be opened and closed, is private and uses vTXOs (virtual UTXOs).
Seems in early development to me. Do not see any public repos or anything in F.A.Q. on implementation.
