Awesome progress, man!! I'd be very curious to hear your thoughts on these 2 episodes of my podcast below - IMO they are the first 2 I recommend to people who are open-minded to trying new things:

If you're open to sharing, what is the main reason you stick to mostly vegetarian? Is it for ethical/environmental reasons, or is health #1 for you? If the former, I'd recommend these 2 episodes as well:

I’ll definitely check them out.

To be honest, in the beginning I just wanted a lever to reduce the amount of available food, especially snacks. Nowadays everything has vegan alternatives so that’s no longer the case. Over time it has become an ethical thing, though most people eating carnivore diets for strictly health reasons don’t buy the crap from the supermarkets but they go to a local butcher. I can’t stand the smell of a butcher though, haha.

I’ve slowly introduced some fish (freshly caught from the family) and some organic salmon and I’m back to eating yoghurts again. I’m already noticing big differences in the way my body grows muscle.

I’m also pretty sure I’ve been B12 deficient for some time. Neuropathy in the toes, brainfog from hell, the typical horror story shit you hear from ex-vegans - all despite perfect blood levels. It’s all better now.

I’m into the first minutes and she’s talking of Dr. Jack Kruse already, I love it. He got me really *pilled.

You have a new subscriber to your podcast and I’ll have some meat next week.
