It takes some time before the Sats are payed out; after an online order the Sats should end up in your ‘pending’ status. They have to wait until they get the referral money from the shop before paying out to you. Could take up to 3 months depending on the shop. Some pay in 1 day, most in several weeks.

If you contact support via telegram with missing Sats, order ID, amount and screenshot (your personal details hidden) they will help within 24 hours.
