A while ago my wife through out my perfectly fine, maybe 10 yrs old pillow and replaced it with some Canadian goose feather thing. It was expensive and though it is fluffy,

IT SMELLS LIKE SHIT, THE PILLOW SMELLS LIKE SHIT, LIKE FILTHY OLD ASS!

I washed it many times with lots OF different soaps, I put it in the sun for days and days, I sprinkle, no, I SOAK it in lavender oil and it still STINKS LIKE ASS! AFTER TWO YEARS IT STILL STINKS LIKE ASS!

WHY??

I'm done. I throw it out. I rather not use a pillow ever again than this Canadian goose ass piece of shit.

There's the possibility that it doesn't smell at all, and your brain is tricking you into smelling that nasty smell because deep down you're still mourning your old pillow

Maybe. I often think about my good old, fluffy, warm mother and that I like to rest my head on it. But it's long gone and shredded.
