Depends which relays you broadcasts your notes to. On public relays yes.
On private relays it would be harder.
With free speech protocol like nostr is always best to remember freedom comes with responsibility. Think before you speak.

Yes, they could use a relay Explorer to track notes and match with pubkeys.
This applies to private/premium relays too, as most of them only forbid write access to select pubkeys and not read access. This means the relay Explorers can still view notes.

Amethyst has an option to connect via Tor/Orbot. Don't post personally identifying things on a permanent ledger and don't think you're giving away too much.
