I'm about to short my mornings M/W to a mew routine. Any suggestions?
1. early
2. sunlight, grounding
3. water, salt, vitC
4. exercise (not heavy lifting , more motion)
5. eat (eggs, greens, nuts, berries)
6. listen, think, read, pray
7. cold tub (55 F, so not super cold)
get at least 15 min of sun exposure between 11am and 1pm, on skin, barefoot on earth.
do heavy lifts in afternoon.
reduce blue light exposure to both eyes and skin, and mental inputs 90 minutes before bed.
this is what im aiming for 5 days a week.
