There is no way to talk about user experience without understanding users. User personas represent our current understanding of main user profiles and are living artifacts that evolve as we better understand the needs and wants of our users.

ChatGPT helped base the initial assumptions about personas on hard data. Processing huge amounts of statistical data seems to be one of the things ChatGPT is particularly good at.
