Pretty much everyone that posts #nsfw images that I follow (but not all!) will only post one image. I've been posting two for a while now, for various reasons that I can get into if you really want. Do folks like that I post two images, or do you find that scrolling through posts with only one image to be more streamlined / enjoyable?
