Took me 59 days from layoff to first day at new company last summer.
Applied to around 300 positions. Heard back from under 20 (outside of auto replies). Interviewed at 3 and only got 1 offer.
It’s a grind out there right now. Stay strong and try to keep spirits high ✊
Thanks a bunch! I know that's how the game works right now and I'm trying to grind though it! I'm at about 170 applications with 2 interviews. It's just hard to try to hold out for a good job instead of settling for a low salary and long commute. I know I just need to keep working and your kind words help!
