#31days workout complete, even with more than I started with. I have no idea why I'm doing this again when it sucks so much. I'm sore all over. This is stupid. 😅
Cold immersion was also completed, though only by going outside in the cold. I don't have the stuff or the balls to do an ice water thing at this point. (It's currently 15*F, about -7*C, IIRC.) walking around barefoot (on the deck, not the grass yet) enjoying the stillness of the morning is mostly pleasant. But I'm still glad to be warming my feet's by the woodstove:
