I need to do this more regularly. Is this a daily routine ? Eyes closed/open? Any audio assistance achieving Nirvana?

Yes, daily. Any amount of time from a few minutes to longer can be quite beneficial.
There are several ways to meditate I choose what’s right for me at the time.
Sometimes eyes open, chanting/whispering certain verses with hand movements. Speaking to the universe or if you believe in a god, then speak to your god.
Today I had:
Eyes closed focusing heavily on my breathing. Picturing my body melting into the ground and becoming one with the earth. Imagining a light inside my body opening up to the world.
Try NOT to focus too much on your thinking. It can be a deterrent.
You want to achieve stillness and calm in your brain . Constantly thinking about your breath, sometimes putting your hand on ur heart and other hand on your belly can help you focus on it deeper.
Today I wanted total serenity and peace. Therefore my choice was no “music” but I change it up depending on what I feel my mind, body, and soul need. Also depending on how annoying my cat is being. Sometimes I listen to guided meditations with voices or just the sounds of nature.
Honestly there is no right or wrong way. You just have to try what works for you, everyone is different and has different needs and wants for their mind, body and soul at the time. So don’t beat yourself up if one way isn’t the best for you in a certain moment. 🧘♀️💜🙏💫
