Some accounts on Twitter/X spread some seriously dangerous misinformation.
As we promote freedom of speech on Nostr, we should seek strategies to combat misinformation. Not through censorship, I do not support censorship. What do we do?

Traditional medicine is losing its reputation.
When you say there is only one truth and then you discover that it was not a truth at all, well, people will look elsewhere for answers.
If people feel they have been deceived, you would expect them to become more skeptical, no?
Instead, many believe random shit they read online. No numbers, no data, no evidence, no references, no studies, just utter fucking bullshit and an AI-generated image.
That is the opposite of skepticism: those people are incredibly easy to persuade, require no evidence whatsoever. How are they so gullible? How are they so credulous? Why do they require no evidence whatsoever that those "answers" are true?
When they accepted traditional medicine therapies they based their decisions on trust and trust only.
It's human nature. Most people don't want to think, they just want to obey. If you're persuasive enough, if you play the savior part, they will follow you.
There are two problems: 1. yes, internet info is mostly crap but 2. official therapies are also mostly crap. When you keep on telling 2. is not true and then reality bites, you will end up with plenty of people seeking alternatives.
