Consider leasing for four years. You get yo keep more money in bitcoin appreciating for another cycle. In the meantime you get to drive a new car for small monthly payments.
Unfortunately the lease model doesn’t work in South Africa - you have to buy the car with finance…
Risk of damage or theft probably makes leasing to risky for them. Buy an old Toyota Hilux now as well buy bitcoin with the difference to a new car cost and upgrade in 4 years
So I’ve got a perfectly capable car - only reason I’m looking is because we are growing as a family and need space.. wife has a Range Rover. I think I can hold off until 2030 with a bit of irritation for a car seat. Think is 0.17BTC will be worth plenty by 2030 and the car will be worth pennies.. essentially at today’s BTC value it’s 325 000 sats per month..
Interest rate is also 13-14%…
