I’m 6ft, 190lbs, <15% BF (guesstimate)

Recent numbers:

Squat: 390lbs

Deadlift: 485lbs

Bench: 325lbs

Clean: 280lbs

Snatch: 220lbs

Fastest mile: 5:35 (2021, I was lighter at the time)

Half-marathon: 1:36 (2022. 7:21min/mile pace)

I’m also a former tennis professional player (now coach as a hobby), played international tour as a junior and got recruited on a full scholarship to play in the US.

None of this is impressive by any means, but all of it is true and can be verified.
