Honestly I rarely have problems with customer service and always usually end up just laughing with them. I'm also not good at confrontation so... taking it out on one person on a phone seems unproductive.

It's not their fault. It's the systems they are stuck maintaining.

Although it would have been nice if I reached anyone at all in the last two days in this case. Like. What?

True getting angry at the guy/gal trying to help you won't get your problem solved faster. They want to get you out the door as fast as possible and fix your problem as it reflects their KPI.

Can't really comment on the last part other than they must hate money and their customers? 🤷‍♂️
