You can import it in the dashboard section of your grafana instance.
You'll need to have the SQLite plugin for grafana and configured it to connect the SQLite DB file your relay uses.
Thus, as i never imported any dashboard yet in grafana, i don't know if the export keeps the name of the datasource, which in my case is nostrss, so you might need over each vis' to reconnect to the db.
