This is confusing.
First two are actual npubs, last one is just text
Clients will display npubs as hyperlinks to profiles and show the users display name instead of the full public key

Just hard to know who’s who
Pitfall of those users having used a common 4 letter display name. Other social media limits display names to being unique for each user, but there would be no way to enforce that here.
