No way??!
Way! I did 23andMe with 4 people. The test came back indicating 2 "can't taste bitter".
We did an empirical study on the 4 of us with "bitter strips." As it turned out, the strips tasted like absolutely nothing to them and it was the most bitter taste imaginable.
The 2 who couldn't taste bitter were lager drinkers and hated IPA's.
