Ethena Labs is shutting down its German entity, Ethena GmbH, after an agreement with BaFin. They're also dropping their MiCAR license application. Operations moved to Ethena (BVI) Limited on March 21st, with all whitelisted users transferred. Ethena GmbH now has no users. (via @WuBlockchain)
