Our family switched to grass fed raw milk during the early months of the pandemic. The change was driven in part by convenience, but we also went much further down the health rabbit hole that year both for ourselves and how we manage our farm.

We've found ourselves considerably healthier and energetic than most people around us and attribute that to those changes and raw milk. Raw milk is so much more flavorful than conventional store milk. When cows transition back out to pasture in the spring the milk flavors are incredible and fast content the highest!

We've been working towards a self custodial raw milk source, but our hands are currently full with a growing family so getting a cow trained is on the back burner.

Anyone new to raw milk, START SLOW! Your microbiome takes a couple of weeks or more to fully adjust to the changes. Minor stomach cramps are a sign you consumed too much. Take it as a sign that raw milk really does change you!
