I run Windows 11 Release Channel on every machine I own that isn’t branded with fruit, and my Surface Pro 8 is one of my favorite devices.

Windows has the best developer experience too.

Nothing fucking works I have a mac and a linux and i cant do everything i want. I need to jump through hoops to run something.

I am getting old for hoops. i just want something to fucking work. I search for an app i find an exe that i double click and it fucking works.

I haven’t had an issue with a Windows install in so long I just take it for granted.

There is appimage in Linux where can can download the app image file and double click to run. No need to install.

I get your frustration that there is some learning curve in Linux.
