This is how I operate.
I have friends on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter who refuse to budge
So I gotta stay on there too 😐
Never used instagram, snapchat, TikTok, etc. Left Facebook soon after it launched in the UK. Left Twitter 3 years ago. Left LinkedIn last year.
I use one domain (and I do use throwaway email aliases), NOSTR, Signal, and WhatsApp. I hate WhatsApp but that’s where my friends and family remain.

This exactly. I think it’s because I remember a world before the internet so perhaps easier for me 🤷🏻♂️
People are on everywhere because of FOMO
But frankly, one doesn’t even log in to those things on most days
