Pretty sure no Palestinian/Ukrainian want any Israelian/Russian dead, everyone just aspire to live in peace...

All genocides, all of them, are instigated by overlords with absolute power, nowadays they are called Nation States. Few sociopaths at the head of these deadly organization can starts mass killing at will by stealing from citizens without ever paying the bill or paying for any consequences.
