It's the start of another scorching hot day in Phnom Penh. Around 35ºC is sort of the cutoff for humans, animals, and machines to keep functioning properly. I can hear the air conditioner suffering while the cat fails to find a cool spot and the fans of my computer blast at full speed. I'm longing for the rainy season.
