They stopped using seed oils in the restaurant, but the supplier still par-fry the fries in seed oils before flash freezing and packaging out.
Still going the right direction. Just don't eat fries

Home grown, dipped in tallow until crispy, you can't go wrong.
I believe they were looking for a supplier who did not use seed oils.
They advertise no seed oils
