How could it support the amount of users that twitter has without massive centralized server farms?

Make running a nostr relay easy enough for a 5th grader to do.

Yes but how many users can one relay support? Sure a lot of ppl can run there own relays for ppl they know and that will work fine but how could anyone view the entire network graph with millions of users?
