I tell my children that they must learn to love themselves enough to be able to be alone with themselves. That requires a rich inner life 🫂

I couldn't agree more.
I like to remind my daughters from time to time to discover their passions as early as possible. This always helps with figuring out their life goals ASAP.
After all, without a goal, we lack purpose. Without purpose, we lack direction. Without direction, we only learn to fear being alone. #nostr #wisdom #psychology
