Communists are always doing this strategy, to manipulate the masses.
They just need another pretext to impose even more draconian laws, that those canadians will just obey them as nice slaves.
The best strategy is just to ignore ABSOLUTELY everything a gov say or do, just rebut their authority over you the living man.
With a simple question: "From where is coming the gov authority over you, the living man?"
