What kind of fish did you use?
Alaskan Pollock here, but I do like a salmon fish taco and, shelfish….
I want to make some those look good af
These: Beer-Battered fish, corn tortillas, Cotija cheese, red cabbage, and a mix of chopped avocado, jalapeño, onion, garlic and cilantro with lots of lime. The crema is mixed with chipotle and seasonings (cumino, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt)
Pro-tip: use two tortillas for 1 taco, leaving 1 tortilla to catch the goodness that might fall out of the other! 😎
