Bisq2 still doesn't support escrow trades (bisq1 style). They only have "easy" enabled which is based on reputation. So not very usable nor convenient for most people, even if you migrate from Bisq1.

There's a roadmap for Bisq2 that should end unifying the markets... but dev things go slower than we would like.
