Better diet and nutrition. Reflase fake sweet products with natural sweet products (fruit!)
More books and physical objects.
More drawing with pens, pencils, pain brushes and coal stencils. More wood cutting, clay shaping, chiseling artistry.
More physical opportunities to move and climb and exert yourself, especially for boys.
The above are just some ideas for healthier children & humans.
