IT STRUCK ME THAT DEATH (OR AT LEAST ALL THE FEELINGS (OR EVEN JUST SOME OF THE FEELINGS) AS THEY RELATE TO DEATH) ARE SOMETHING THAT MAKES US HUMAN??? AND ARE SUCH AN IMPORTANT PART OF OUR LIVES…THAT TAKING SOME/ALL FEELINGS AROUND DEATH OUT OF THE PICTURE SEEMS LIKE WE WOULD LOSE PART OF OUR HUMANITY?

SO MUCH OF THE JOY OF LIFE COMES FROM UNCERTAINTY AND FEELING LIKE WE HAVE A CHOICE???

One way to look at the option of “banking” some of who you are is to look at it from the other person’s perspective. I presume there is someone who might be interested in your journey on this “plane of existence” enough to want to know what your thoughts were about said journey. There is a chance that your feelings about what makes us human are probably irrelevant to them.
