We are a long way from borrowing against bitcoin making sense. Still too volatile in dollar terms and rates too high. Possible exception would be a very short term loan and you have no other options .
“Making sense” relative to what? It may not make sense *for you*, but services already exist to do this, and I have to believe more will arise.
