Let's just say we both regretted the incident. ๐
I was this close to fight with the offsprings of Hermes himself.

If you keep playing with fire youโre gonna end up like Sisyphus

I still get angry sometimes. It's not pleasant at all.
Have you ever read stoicism?
Yes. I make use of my moments of anger to notice what's really bugging me on a deeper level. It has nothing to do with the apparent discomfort.
Yeah itโs usually accumulated stress or dissatisfaction with another part of your life
What's your favorite stoic?
Ego is the enemy by Ryan holiday if you want a modern stoic. Meditations by Marcus Aurelius if you want the original.
Marcus Aurelius is one of my fav. Weird title since Ego (I) is my friend. Ok, I'm giving Holyday another go. Maybe I've missed this one, it doesn't ring any bell now.
I think the audiobook is on YouTube. I came across it years ago so it might be gone by now but worth checking. Itโs not a heavy read so the audiobook should be fine.
