Your situation sounds a little different, though: my cousin is jealous because he's spoiled and was raised to believe he always needs to be numero uno in everything. Sounds like your cousin just doesn't feel loved enough. If that is the case, always be welcoming to her. If she doesn't reciprocate, ignore her.
