A week into IMF and weight loss has slowed. Still at 5.5 pounds down. Getting on a bike for a bit longer and lifting some tonight. May also extend IMF from 18 hours to 21+ once or twice a week. Will post impact.

Any dietary consumption changes?

Lower carbs but not keto or anything too heavy. Wish I could do carnivore but too impractical with young kids.
