What's the word with Schwab offering spot exchange? Not exactly related to this but wondering if there's any interesting updates on that. Seems big but I'm reading not before 12 months from now

this may also be a play to take many of the private ventures that VC have as
and take their illiquid shares and transfer them into a public holding company 
just like fold went public via a spac, expect to see this company acquire Strike, and many other VC investments
