They’re the least innovative company in the technology space and exist purely to service all the old shit they flogged to governments for decades which is too old and embedded to be ripped out.

This is pure narrative spinning and has little bearing on the reality which is their revenue is going to drop as governments have to refocus their spending to deal with economic fallout.
