First, b/c someone stating this is an obvious attempt at deceit &/or lulling ppl into a sense of false security. Don’t take the bait.

Second, b/c #ETH is ALREADY pseudo-captured. If the validators are compelled to do something…it’ll be done.

Ethereum has already proven what they’re capable of *cough*cough* #ETC *cough*cough*
