I found this, too. An OMAD* carnivore can do 0.8-1.6lbs/day @ $3.50-4.20/lbs, and add 10-20% for seasonings, that's not a bad deal in today's market. Flavor (esp. cheese) becomes the expensive thing at that point, not calories.

*One meal a day.

Yeah I only do around 3 lbs of meat a day because I lift weights 6 days a week. If you didn't work your body like this, I'd imagine 1.5-2 lbs a day is more than you'd need to thrive.
