God I’ve destroyed my sleep schedule all summer long and it’s hard to get it back on track. I fell asleep for 4 hours tonight and I can’t tell if I can return back to sleep for another 2 or 4.
Either way today is probably my best shot, either I sleep now and get back on track or I push for the next 16 hours and get back on track.
But if I nap at any point I’ll end up back on square one
