Deciding what matters most is a one time decision that makes all subsequent decisions easier

Health: always take care of ourselves first. This ultimately comes down to self respect and awareness. Care for our body, mind and spirit like it is the most important thing in the world because it is the most important thing in the world

Integrity: be honest with ourselves and each other no matter how hard it might be. Tell the truth. Keep promises, honour our word and accept full responsibility for our actions

Kindness: always act with Love. Be friendly, generous, considerate, merciful, forgiving and tolerant. Never be more harsh than needed, never create unnecessary suffering, give each other benefit of the doubt

Play: life is a game to be played, not a job to be worked. Have fun, create beauty, don’t take things too seriously
