I can see where he's coming from.

But fundamentally both sides show the inherent flaw in centralised power whilst both sides blame the monetary systems method of distribution.

Decentralise the power base, wether its D.C, Westminster or Bejing and return it to local communities would be a start.

And having civics as a mandatory module in education wouldn't go amiss either..
