I will look at this; thank you. The title expresses a false dichotomy, though. There is no reason why a dictator cannot also be a hero. The two are not mutually exclusive.

But If Mike Flynn's (& several others) recent concerns come to fruition anytime soon...a mere 7-14 days of blue city grid down blackouts here... might even make Honduras & Nicaragua look appealing. But trying to go anywhere AFTER chaos starts here could be futile. Likely key is that they'll wait till our financial system seizes (organically or not) for maximum effect. Imagine just a few big countries w/major USTreasury reserves selling their entire positions simultaneously. BOOM. Then the sleeper cells go to work...cuz 90% of them that invaded during Biden are still here.
