More information on the movie:
- The alien discussing with the army person about humanity, he looked humanoid, he had a black coat and the collar was very big and covered his mouth and nose.
Sample photo, instead of a jacket it was a coat, and the alien humanoid afaik had a shaved head.

the collar in dark city is do low... it did cover at least the mouth and possibly the nose too partial
