a stonks maxi boomer tonight told me “I just don’t believe in it” re: Bitcoin

I said “do you think there’s a zero percent chance it succeeds?”

He said “no, not zero”

I said “what percentage chance do you think it has of succeeding”

He thought and said “10%”

I said “bitcoin’s TAM is the monetary premium of everything - stocks, bonds, real estate, art, gold, everything. And you’re telling me there’s a 10% chance that succeeds. There’s a 10% chance it eventually replaces everything else in your portfolio. If that’s the case, what’s the proper allocation? Isn’t it 10%?”

And I watched the lightbulb turn on in his eyes

Nah listen HE said 10%. That was his number. That’s so insanely bullish because it means he is headed to a 10% allocation over the next 24 months, or else his portfolio doesn’t match his analysis
