This is the principle. Checking variation of dielectric constant of moving materials and somehow with a huge amount of data processing extract approximate position of some moving objects.

It's the same stuff. Radar imaging. Different frequencies, different resolution.

Yes..the data analysis to translate this into useful data is hard. Perhaps they fed this to some AI and train that to do the job. I am more into waves than days analysis
