2. Superset to hanging leg raise

3. Dips

4. Low bar back squat

5. Incline dumbbell fly

6. Side lateral raise

7. Torso rotation machine

8. Facepull

9. Toe secured (instead of ankle secured) Nordic curl

10. Overhead tricep extension

11. Neck curls
