When you try to explain to a cofounder that 90/10 equity splits for a two founder team is a red flag & it’s not ethical for the cofounder to demand over 80% of an entire $250k seed investment fund their salary demand — yet they refuse to compromise …. You have to do the ethical thing for yourself and for that investor and part ways w that individual.

Startups should be fun. I know Gordon Gecko said greed is good but in reality it’s best to create fair scenarios where all founders and investors on that team win together.
