mp4 should work well on most devices. Videos are always just links in a note, so the video size doesn't matter to relays.

I tried an upload at iris, it is not played in primal.
Weird - the last video you uploaded also does not play on Primal in the browser for me. Your older videos from two weeks ago work fine though

Maybe, hard to tell - I personally use https://nostr.build/ to upload images. There is a 10MB/file limit though on the free tier.
If your video is smaller then maybe just try there and see if that works. If it does, it's a void.cat problem 😀
Basically you can upload anywhere though and just paste the link to your note. That's what the nostr clients also do in the background - the notes themselves are text only so all media is hosted somewhere else and just linked.
https://satellite.earth/ you can upload anything on the cdn. Takes biggerfiles as well, mp4 and so on.
Copy and post link in note.
